The present terms and conditions are part of any purchase made on the official website of Kristina Ferenchuk Jewellery (https://www.kristinaferenchuk.com/), as well as any purchases, bespoke orders made directly in person or via email. By purchasing a product from Kristina Ferenchuk Jewellery, the client agrees with and accepts the terms and conditions held herein.

Any deviation from these terms & conditions are only valid if they are agreed upon by client and Kristina Ferenchuk Jewellery in written form.


For online orders the payment is to be made via our website. Once the payment has been received, we will contact you regarding the delivery date. If you wish to customise any of the existing designs presented on the website, please contact us at info@kristinaferenchuk.com or via WhatsApp +41 79 615 03 47. The price of customising a piece may vary depending on the gemstones you would like to use; therefore, a new quote may be issued. A quote for a custom piece is valid for 10 days. Once you accept the quote, we will issue an invoice which is to be paid within 5 working days. If the quote is not accepted within the 10 days after issue, or the payment has not been made within 5 working days after accepting the quote, we reserve the right to change the quote. Present payment conditions also apply for bespoke orders. Please refer to section “Bespoke Orders” for payment terms.


All Kristina Ferenchuk Jewellery pieces are handmade from 18 karat Gold or Sterling Silver 925, precious and semi-precious stones and are meant to be treasured, worn everyday and become future heirlooms.

To ensure the longevity of your jewellery, we recommend:

  • To treat with care and avoid strenuous activities, which will expose your jewellery to knocks and scratches.
  • To remove your jewellery before bed, showering and washing your hands.
  • To avoid exposing your jewellery to perfume, hair products and cosmetics.
  • To store your pieces separately to avoid scratching.

Metals can naturally develop a surface patina over time from oxygen, sprays, creams and skin acidity.

  • To avoid using bleach, hand sanitiser and chemicals with opal stones and pearls.

Jewellery can become tarnished from daily wear and pollutions in the air. In order to restore luster and shine we recommend:

  • Polishing gold pieces with a dry and clean polishing cloth.
  • Cleaning diamond pieces using a soft bristle brush and warm soapy water, followed by a rinse in warm water and dried with a soft cloth.


Every piece at Kristina Ferenchuk Jewellery that you order via our website or in person is considered as a custom order. The only pieces that are not considered custom orders are the ones that we have in stock. If upon client’s request, we make any kind of modifications to the existing piece that you purchase from our stock, it is going to be considered as a custom order and therefore cannot be returned

 Your invoice will state if the piece is considered custom or not.

Returns and exchanges only apply to purchases of items kept in stock and do not apply to custom, bespoke pieces or pieces containing client’s repurposed jewellery or gemstones.

Orders can be returned and exchanged within 7 days from the delivery date. The purchased article has to be perfectly intact and to show no signs of wear or tear. For all returns and exchanges, please send your inquiry to info@kristinaferenchuk.com

If an email is not sent within the initial 7 days of receiving the piece, the piece may not be exchanged or returned. You will be credited in full, minus all shipping charges, upon our receipt of the returned goods.


All our pieces are produced in our Zurich workshop, in accordance with traditionally high-quality standards.

We guarantee a free repair service for 1 year from the date of your purchase. This applies to normal wear-and-tear and manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover cases in which the jewellery has been broken, torn, or scratched.

Kristina Ferenchuk Jewellery excludes all liability for any and all damages caused to the product by fault of client or any third party, including, but not limited to accidents, improper care of the product, use of the product for any other means than its purpose, incorrect use or abuse or any other act that could damage the product.

For all repair inquiries falling under the warranty, please contact us via email at info@kristinaferenchuk.com. Please include your full name, description of the product, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase.

If your inquiry is accepted, we will provide you with shipping instructions. Repairs can take up to 6 weeks to complete. Please note that all repairs are subject to shipping charges, to be covered by the client.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges. In particular, we reserve the right to deny repair if with inspection of the product it becomes evident that the defect is not due to normal wear-and-tear or manufacturing defects. The product will be returned to client at its own expense.

Repairs without prior inquiry may be declined, and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged parts.

The warranty is no longer valid if the jewellery was previously repaired by someone other than Kristina Ferenchuk Jewellery. The warranty does not cover jewellery cleaning or repolishing.


We provide our clients with one free ring resizing service, please note we do not cover the shipping costs. This service is only for rings purchased directly from Kristina Ferenchuk Jewellery. Please contact us via email at info@kristinaferenchuk.com explaining the item you’d like to resize. Please note that this service is dependent on the ring and its design, and that it may not be possible to resize the piece due to structural specifications.


All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from 10am – 6pm.
As all our items are made to order, please allow up to 8-10 weeks for items to be made and shipped. Kristina Ferenchuk Jewellery shall notify the client, should additional time be required for the manufacturing of the product. We shall manufacture the product within the designated time to the best of our ability, but the established manufacturing period are only approximate estimations and are not to be understood as fixed dates.

All domestic and international orders are shipped with the Post CH. All orders are shipped with the requirement of your signature upon delivery. We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within Switzerland.

Shipping may take between 2 to 10 days depending on the destination. Please allow additional time for custom clearance. Kristina Ferenchuk Jewellery is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery. Please also note that shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for shipping, duties or taxes on any items which are returned to us.

Duties and taxes are not included in the total price at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Kristina Ferenchuk Jewellery is not associated with these fees. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

We are required by law to declare on the package the full retail value of the items ordered and contained therein. We cannot mark any package as a gift to avoid customs and duties fees. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of, open, and/or examine the contents of packages at their discretion. For more information on customs fees, duties and procedures, please contact your local customs office directly.

The international shipping cost incurred at time of check out is non-refundable. Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that an International Shipment is refused by the receiver.

If your country is not available to ship to on the website, please contact us via email info@kristinaferenchuk.com and we will assist you with your purchase.


Any piece that is not a part of our collection, that is not presented on our website and any piece that requires any form of drawing and design work is considered as a bespoke order. Any bespoke order is a custom order, and therefore cannot be returned.

If you are interested in creating a bespoke piece that is not presented in our collection, we take a deposit of 500 CHF to start a unique design process, which is tailored just for you. This deposit will later be deducted from the final quote for the design of your choice. If the client changes their mind about ordering a bespoke piece once the design work has been started, we reserve the right to keep the full deposit as a fee for time spent on the design.  

Kristina Ferenchuk Jewellery custom experience is a unique experience where a client receives between 10-15 black and white designs that directly reflect Kristina Ferenchuk Jewellery style and vision and are tailored to the client’s idea. We do not simply execute any request, and we reserve the right to refuse a project if client’s request or idea does not fit Kristina Ferenchuk Jewellery style or vision. We also do not copy other designer’s work. Please note that any offer made by Kristina Ferenchuk Jewellery based on such a design process with client, shall have a validity of 10 days. After the lapse of this period, Kristina Ferenchuk Jewellery reserves the right to amend the price quotation for the product.

 If after receiving the initial designs, a client would like to have additional designs, we can provide another 10 designs at an extra charge of 500 CHF, which will only pay for the extra design work and not go towards paying for the final jewellery piece.


Gemstones that are provided by the client, set in jewellery or loose, new or used, that have not been purchased through Kristina Ferenchuk Jewellery, are considered as client’s gemstones. For all the gemstones that were not purchased through Kristina Ferenchuk Jewellery, including diamonds, pearls, especially coloured gemstones, gemstones that have natural inclusions in them, or gemstones that were previously worn or set in jewellery, there is always a very small risk of chips and breakages during the setting or the making of the piece. In the rare case of a damage to the client’s gemstone or gemstones, we will not be held liable for replacing the gemstone, nor will we be held liable for the value of the gemstone. All the work done by Kristina Ferenchuk Jewellery or her subcontractors such as setters, platers or goldsmiths, on the client’s gemstones is at the client’s own risk. Upon request of client and at its own risk, Kristina Ferenchuk Jewellery may:

  • In case of minor chips, to have the gemstone recut and reset into the final jewellery piece
  • In case of a total breakage to salvage whatever is possible of the gemstone and have it recut in smaller gemstones

In rare occasions, if we see that the gemstone is at a high risk of breakage, or is not natural, or has had treatment that puts it at risk of damage, we reserve the right to refuse to work with that gemstone.


The terms and conditions of this agreement shall be governed by Swiss law.

All disputes in connection with this agreement shall be resolved by the courts of the canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
